These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ArmorWrap.com and any purchase made from ArmorWrap ("ArmorWrap," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
1. Eligibility and Customer Information
You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement to place an order. You agree to provide current and accurate billing, shipping, contact, vehicle, and payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.
2. Products and Vehicle Fitment
We sell paint protection film, precut paint protection film kits, installation tools, and related products. Many kits are produced for the specific year, make, model, body style, trim, package, or selected vehicle component shown in the order.
You are responsible for choosing the correct vehicle and product configuration. Features such as bumpers, spoilers, sensors, cameras, emblems, body packages, and aftermarket parts may affect fitment. If you are uncertain about a selection, contact us before ordering. We may contact you to confirm fitment details, but doing so does not transfer responsibility for the accuracy of information supplied with the order.
Product pictures, diagrams, coverage illustrations, colors, and measurements are provided as helpful representations. The actual pattern, coverage, finish, packaging, or appearance may vary slightly. Minor differences that do not materially affect the intended function are not considered defects.
3. Made-to-Order Products
Precut kits and certain other items are made or prepared specifically for each order. Production may begin shortly after an order is accepted. Because these products are customized for the vehicle and coverage selected, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged merely because a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong vehicle or coverage, or decides not to complete the installation.
4. Orders and Acceptance
An order confirmation means we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment because of incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraud, payment concerns, product unavailability, fitment concerns, shipping limitations, or another legitimate business reason. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.
We may limit quantities or refuse orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale. Any requested order change is effective only after we confirm it.
5. Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. We will make a reasonable effort to help, but cancellation is not guaranteed. Once production, cutting, preparation, or shipment has begun, a made-to-order item cannot normally be cancelled. Charges for work already completed or materials already committed may be deducted from any approved refund, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Prices, Payments, and Taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are added during checkout.
You authorize us and our payment provider to charge the payment method supplied for the full order amount. You represent that you are authorized to use that payment method. We may hold or cancel an order when payment cannot be verified or when fraud screening raises a reasonable concern.
7. Promotions and Free Items
Discounts, coupon codes, free items, and other promotions are subject to the terms stated with the offer and may be changed or ended at any time before an eligible order is placed. Unless an offer says otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, have no cash value, and apply while supplies last. Order-value thresholds are calculated after discounts and before shipping and taxes unless stated otherwise.
If a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded, or reduced below a promotional threshold, the value of a promotional item may be deducted from the refund unless the item is returned unused with the rest of the approved return.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Processing and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Made-to-order production, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, address issues, and events outside our reasonable control may cause delays. We are not responsible for a carrier delay, but we will provide reasonable assistance with a valid shipping claim.
You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused shipment, failed delivery, or unclaimed package may be charged to you where permitted. Responsibility for the shipment passes to you when it is delivered to the address provided, subject to applicable law.
Inspect the package promptly. Contact us as soon as possible if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been lost. Keep the product, packaging, shipping label, and photographs because the carrier or our support team may need them to review the claim.
9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Because precut kits are made to order, sales are generally final. We accept a return or provide another appropriate remedy when we shipped the wrong item or when a product has a verified manufacturing or material defect, subject to the applicable warranty and these Terms and Conditions.
Contact us before returning anything. An unauthorized return may be refused. A return request must normally be made within 30 days after delivery, and the product must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in resalable condition. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
In limited situations, we may voluntarily approve a return that is not caused by our error or a covered defect. Any such exception is at our discretion and may be subject to a 35% restocking charge plus return-shipping costs. Approval of one exception does not require us to approve another.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after an approved return is received and inspected. Bank processing times vary. We may reduce a refund when a returned item is incomplete, used, damaged, installed, contaminated, or not in the condition represented when authorization was requested.
10. Inspection Before Installation
Before installation, confirm that the kit, film, coverage, and pattern appear appropriate for the intended vehicle. Do not install a product that appears incorrect, damaged, contaminated, or defective. Contact us before removing backing material, cutting or altering the film, or beginning installation. Installation or alteration may prevent us from confirming whether a reported problem existed beforehand.
11. Installation and Vehicle Condition
Paint protection film installation requires care, proper surface preparation, suitable conditions, and appropriate technique. Results depend on installer skill, temperature, cleanliness, tools, paint condition, previous repairs, and vehicle modifications. Instructions, videos, and customer support are educational aids and do not guarantee a particular installation result.
You assume responsibility for deciding whether to install a product yourself or hire a qualified professional. We are not responsible for installation errors, trapped debris, stretch marks, creases, lifting caused by contamination or technique, improper trimming, damage from tools, or other problems caused by handling or installation rather than a product defect.
Film may not be suitable for poorly bonded, recently refinished, damaged, oxidized, or non-factory paint. Removal may affect weak or improperly repaired surfaces. You are responsible for evaluating the vehicle surface before installation and removal.
12. Product Warranties
Any product warranty is limited to the warranty stated for that product at the time of purchase. Warranty duration and coverage may differ by film brand or grade. A warranty may require proof of purchase, photographs, product identification, and information reasonably needed to evaluate the claim.
Unless the applicable written warranty says otherwise, warranty coverage applies to verified defects in the film or product and does not cover improper storage, surface preparation, installation, maintenance, misuse, collision, vandalism, environmental damage, normal wear, pre-existing paint problems, or damage to the vehicle. Labor, installation, removal, paint repair, vehicle downtime, and other incidental costs are not covered unless expressly stated in the applicable written warranty or required by law.
13. Website Content and Intellectual Property
The website and its text, graphics, logos, photographs, product illustrations, pattern displays, page designs, videos, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to ArmorWrap and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website only for personal, lawful shopping and informational purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
You may not copy, republish, scrape, reproduce, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our website content, vehicle-pattern information, product materials, or branding without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits the activity.
14. Reviews, Photographs, and Other Submissions
If you send or post a review, photograph, suggestion, or other material, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person's rights. You grant ArmorWrap a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that material for customer support, business operations, and promotion of our products, unless we agree otherwise in writing. This permission does not transfer ownership of your material to us.
We may choose not to publish or may remove material that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, unrelated, or otherwise inappropriate.
15. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the website to:
- Break the law or violate another person's rights;
- Submit false payment, account, shipping, or vehicle information;
- Interfere with website security, performance, or operation;
- Introduce harmful code or attempt unauthorized access;
- Use automated systems to harvest content, product data, or vehicle-pattern information without permission; or
- Misuse promotions, payment disputes, returns, reviews, or customer-service channels.
16. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may rely on or link to services operated by payment providers, shipping carriers, manufacturers, video platforms, and other third parties. We do not control their services, availability, security, content, or separate terms and policies.
17. Website Availability
We try to keep the website accurate, secure, and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue any website feature or product offering at any time. We are not responsible for temporary outages or events outside our reasonable control.
18. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, its content, and any general installation guidance are provided on an "as available" basis. Except for an express written product warranty and rights that cannot legally be waived, we disclaim implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Some states do not allow certain warranty limitations. In those states, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArmorWrap and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the website, an order, a product, installation, removal, or these Terms and Conditions. This includes loss of use, lost profits, lost data, vehicle downtime, or the cost of substitute goods or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse ArmorWrap for reasonable losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your infringement of another person's rights, or information or material you knowingly provide without authorization. This provision does not apply to losses caused by ArmorWrap or where prohibited by law.
21. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a legal claim, you and ArmorWrap agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the matter directly. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, a court proceeding must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction over Riverside County, California.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version posted on this page applies from its stated effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter the terms that governed a completed purchase unless required by law or agreed by both parties.
23. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect, and the affected provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a business transaction. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, applicable product warranty, and policies referenced at checkout, form the agreement between you and ArmorWrap concerning the website and your purchase.
